Visit from EMD (Koblenz) - Besuch von EMD (Koblenz)

Freitag 05.09.2014 - Hoher Besuch aus Koblenz hat sich angemeldet: Garry Krätz und Heinz-Jörg Wurzbacher, auch (und vor allem in der Lichtkunstfotografen Szene besser) bekannt als EMD (Electrical Movements in the Dark).

Nachdem die Beiden irgendwann zwischen 21:30 und 22:00Uhr in Riegelsberg aufschlugen wurde sich bei Kaffee gemütlich über Gott und die Welt unterhalten und es ging dann später noch nach Saarbrücken zu einer gemeinsamen Lightpainting Session in einer alten Fabrik.

Garry und Heinz- Jörg kann man eigentlich neben Jan Leo Wöllert getrost zu den “LAPP (Light Art Performance Photography)“ Urgesteinen in Deutschland zählen, entsprechend groß ist da natürlich das Fachwissen (Garry ist so ganz nebenbei Hauptberuflich als Illuminations Künstler unterwegs und das was er da an Erfahrung und Wissen noch im Gepäck hat tut sein übriges dazu), Routine und resultierend daraus die Perfektion. Noch dazu sei erwähnt, dass die Beiden absolute Sympathen und trotz allen Erfolgen nicht abgehoben sind.

Die Zusammenarbeit war phantastisch und ich denke wir hatten alle drei unseren Spass – dass die Bilder als Ergebnis diese Lightpainting Meetings auch ziemlich gut geworden sind, ist da fast schon nebensächlich ;-)

Friday 05. Sept. 2014 High ranking guests had been announced: Garry Krätz and Hein-Jörg Wurzbacher aka (to the Lightpainting world better) known as EMD (Electrical Movement in the Dark).

After both arrived we had along with some coffee, a long and pleasant conversation about all the world and his brother. Later as planned originally we headed to Saarbrücken for a Lightpaintingsession.

Garry and Heinz are, besides Jan Leo Wöllert, what can be called “LAPP (Light Art Performance Photography)”-Veterans. According to that they have a huge knowledge (by the way Garry is a professional Illumination Artist and what knowlegde and experience he can bring in from that is more than valuable for Lightpainting), Routine and resulting from that perfection in what they’re doing.
Both of them are really fun and despite of all succes they have, down to earth guys.

The collaboration was phantastic and we all had lots of fun – the fact that the pictures we had out of this Lightpainting meetup were pretty good aswell is almost marginal to tell ;-)
